Energy Performance Certificates (EPC): Brussels and Flanders

• Are you selling or renting a house, apartment or offices?
• Then you need an Energy Performance Certificate before you put your property on the market (via an agent, notary, internet ...).

Astrenergie is officially certified by the Flemish government as an EPC expert. We deliver your certificate and formulate recommendations to improve the energy performance of your real estate. We also deliver the EPB/PEB certificate for the Brussels region, which is legally required for the sale/renting of a house/apartment/offices.

PEB Certification for Brussels Capital region

• The PEB certificate is necessary for each sale or lease of offices with a surface of > 500 m².
• The energy consumption is calculated based on the volume and surface of the building, the type of heating and cooling, the ventilation and the lighting.

Energy performance and building climate (EPB): Brussels and Flanders

• Are you planning to build a new house or to renovate an existing house?
• Then you need an official energy performance and building climate report.

Astrenergie does the EPB reporting for you. We calculate the performance already in the planning phase and can advise to further improve your results. We report the actual performance toward the government in order to proof that you reach the official required performance levels.
